The Tie Down Engineering Galvanized or Powder Coated Black Side Mount Tire Carrier has an extra heavy duty welded steel construction and fits both four and five lug wheels and all trailers up to 3" wide by 4" high. It has a galvanized finish. Includes mounting bolts and lug nuts.
